ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Nilima Bhat is co-author of Healing Leaders: 7 Steps to Recovery of Self and Shakti Leadership: Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power in Business. She is founder and director of the Shakti Leadership Mission, a global network focused on inner power, resilience, and conscious leadership, and previously held senior executive roles at ESPN, ITC Hotels, and Philips. Nilima is a frequent Kindred Lane collaborator on retreats, workshops, and women's circles.
Raj Sisodia is co-author of Healing Leaders and founder and Chairman Emeritus of Conscious Capitalism, president of Awaken, Inc., and professor and Chairman of the Conscious Enterprise Center at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Business Policy from Columbia University and is the author of 16 books, including the New York Times bestseller Conscious Capitalism.
