OUR ROOTS

Kindred Lane is a leadership and impact company that cultivates regenerative growth in leaders, organizations and nature. Powered by our Wisdom of the Forest® methodology and a collaborative of 50+ innovative practitioners, we design and deliver inspiring programs that align purpose, strategy, and values to unlock hidden potential and drive systems-level transformation. Rooted in regenerative systems design and evidence-based practices, we help organizations thrive by crafting tailored solutions that benefit people, society, and nature.

Our Wisdom of the Forest® methodology grew from a meaningful realization that when we live from our roots & soak up the sun, we can spark and sustain healthy growth. At the same time, we can maximize positive impact for ourselves, those around us and the world on a purposeful journey among kindred spirits. This initial inspiration grew into the guiding principle of our work with the intention of helping leaders & organizations live from their roots to thrive with abundance. Our methodology comes to life through our four phased experiential design, six pillars of regenerative growth and the design framework of reconnecting with self, one another & nature. Our integrated methodology is put into practice through all that we do.

Elaine Dinos

FOUNDER & CEO

Elaine is mother of three young boys, who are her daily inspiration for living from her roots. She is most passionate about the magic that unfolds on our journeys of personal growth in community with kindred spirits, guided by nature - as this is the secret to discovering our full potential as leaders, organizations and for society. It is through this approach that she guides leaders & teams in cultivating abundance and regenerative growth for themselves, their organizations and the world.

Elaine Dinos founded Kindred Lane in 2018 to explore a more life‑giving way for business to support nature and society. Since then, Kindred Lane has grown into a holistic, evidence‑based consultancy and community of practice—a place where leaders go to grow themselves, their organizations, and the ecosystems they touch. Before founding Kindred Lane, Elaine was a Partner at Korn Ferry where she founded the firm’s Purpose Community. It is through her journey of surrendering to motherhood, that Elaine's true path unfolded. A path that led her to the Shakti Leadership Global Women’s Fellowship, Pranic Soul Yoga Teacher Training and to her current nature-based community. In trusting the path of regenerative growth in her own life, she discovered the work that has become Kindred Lane.

Kindred Lane is committed to having a positive impact in the world through our services and across stakeholders. We are committed to sourcing core products from independent local suppliers, directing at least 50% of our non‑labor expenses to businesses in our local community, the greater Atlanta area. This practice supports local economies and more responsible, community‑centered supply chains. Our collaborators & practitioners through the Kindred Lane Collaborative aim to do the same in supporting their local communities.

This is one way we live our purpose and values.

Kindred Lane’s powerful ecosystem of support comes to life through Wisdom of the Forest®, a proven methodology rooted in regenerative systems design, and the Kindred Lane Collaborative, from leadership coaches to farmers and everything in between.
