Elaine Dinos

Elaine is the Founder & CEO of Kindred Lane and mother of three young boys, who are her daily inspiration for living from her roots. She has guided hundreds of senior leaders and corporate executives through career & life transitions. She is most passionate about the magic that unfolds on our journeys of personal growth in community with kindred spirits, guided by nature. It is through this approach that she guides leaders & teams in cultivating abundance and regenerative growth.

Elaine spent most of her career as a leadership advisor and executive recruiter at Korn Ferry, where she was a Principal in the firm’s Global Consumer Market and founder of Korn Ferry’s Purpose Community. It is through her journey of surrendering to motherhood, that Elaine's true path unfolded. A path that led her to the Shakti Leadership Global Women’s Fellowship, Pranic Soul Yoga Teacher Training and to her current nature-based community. In trusting the path of regenerative growth in her own life, she discovered the work that has become Kindred Lane.

Scott currently acts as a strategic advisor & collaborator at Kindred Lane. He was integral to Kindred Lane’s growth and development as a founding partner in the early years, which also grew into beautiful partnerships with our impact partners Citizen Farmers Academy & Stakeholder Score.

Scott has spent much of his career as an entrepreneur who also sparks healthy growth in emerging social entrepreneurs. He spent the last decade in the healthcare industry, co-founding and growing a wellness technology company called Peerfit which was recently acquired by Peloton & FitOn.

Shannon’s mission is connecting people with nature through art and facilitated experiences. She is a 30-year career artist deeply connected to our natural world. She uses art as a tool to raise awareness about the Earth, sustainability and our deep interconnectedness. She has facilitated thousands of people through creative team building experiences designed to shift company culture and communities. She works as a personal ECO-coach developing customized sustainability practices to assist families in greening their hearts and homes. As an award-winning artist, Shannon has multiple murals throughout the Atlanta area and has an active studio practice focusing on reflections of our natural world.

Bem Joiner believes in Atlanta. Born and raised in the city, he has a pure passion for its people and its progress. He majorly contributes to what makes culture in Atlanta, cool and captivating. As a culture curator and co-founder of the civic-minded creative consultancy/brand, Atlanta Influences Everything, Bem has managed and consulted a variety of lifestyle brands and designed meaningful programs for clients like Sprite, Mississippi Dept. of Education, truth.com, Jack Daniels, Nissan, the National Black Arts Festival and countless others. Bem is also one of the founders of CreativeCall.org which is a community service effort/collaboration between Atlanta and Stockholm creatives and was previously the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Center for Civic Innovation in South Downtown Atlanta.

Linh is an international social entrepreneur promoting global partnerships and cooperation that effect meaningful change.

Linh has been designated as a New Asian Leader by the World Economic Forum for her contributions in global engagement and business in Asia and was also recently invited to participate at the Nobel Peace Prize Forum in Oslo, Norway.

Nilima is the co-author of Shakti Leadership: Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power in Business, and a frequent collaborator with Kindred Lane Awakening Experiences such as retreats, workshops and womens Circles.
