More Info

The feature documentary film on Ray Anderson and Interface, a global carpet company leading the sustainable business revolution.

“Beyond Zero is a fascinating story, not only about inspirational and visionary founder Ray Anderson, but the struggles and determination of a company trying to become a positive force in the world. The film delivers a message that needs to be told: In the end it indeed boils down to people, and business can be more successful and resilient, simply by doing the right thing.” Paul Polman - Former CEO, Unilever & Board Member, United Nations Global Compact

Time to Step Up

Our businesses are being asked to step up and solve critical, systemic issues facing society and our planet. The growing expectations of companies to solve for purpose and impact requires a new kind of leader. Not a push-harder, go-faster leader. But a slow-down, take-a-breath, integrate mind, body, and spirit before moving forward kind of leader. A systems leader who aligns the needs of the business with the needs of our communities, society, environment, and future generations. A regenerative leader who is deeply driven by an enduring and life-fulfilling sense of purpose.

This kind of leadership can build a new kind of organization that creates ripples of positive impact through the way it does its business.  These organizations are well suited to solve the seemingly impossible challenges we face, and in doing so, they, like Interface, can help to lead the way.

The journey you are embarking on:

Slow down and step out of the daily grind, creating space to nourish, energize and restore personal well-being and reinvigorate your leadership.

Create meaningful relationships with peers on similar sustainability journeys.

Develop actionable growth opportunities for your organization while having a restorative impact on the planet.
