Release Form

I am a participant in a Kindred Lane (Kindred Lane, LLC) program consisting of a variety of experiences and activities provided by Kindred Lane, facilitators and other third parties, such as impact/service experiences, group discussions, meditation, yoga, self-reflection exercises, guided walks/hikes, healing sessions and various related activities. In exchange for participating in a program with Kindred Lane LLC (Kindred Lane), and for use of property and facilities associated with the program, I agree to the following:

1.     I recognize there are certain inherent risks associated with participating in a Kindred Lane program and using the property, facilities and equipment of the program. I assume full responsibility for personal injury and further release and discharge Kindred Lane for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my participating in the program and use of or presence upon the land and facilities of the program, whether caused by the fault of myself, Kindred Lane, facilitators, or other third parties.

2.     I agree to indemnify and defend Kindred Lane, facilitators, and third parties against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my participating in a Kindred Lane program and use of or presence upon the land and facilities of the program.

3. I, hereby grant Kindred Lane and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, taken by Kindred Lane and contracted photographers, for the purpose of marketing and advertising Kindred Lane programs. I agree that the photographs may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, social media, and any other media or format now known or hereafter devised. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Kindred Lane from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, or assigns may have against Kindred Lane for the use of the photographs, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity or copyright.

Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Georgia law.

I have read this document and understand it. I further understand that by accepting these terms in agreements referencing this release, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
