You’re in a moment of transition or re-evaluation, personally or professionally, and looking to realign your next chapter with wellbeing, purpose, and impact. Bring your whole self & whatever personal or professional challenges you're facing. Join us in the forest of Serenbe.
Regenerate Retreat is grounded in Kindred Lane's Wisdom of the Forest® methodology, grown from a core belief that personal growth and holistic wellbeing are what make it possible for leaders to lead with purpose, and grow regenerative organizations of impact. This regenerative theme from self, to leadership, to organization, to world, is the context for the work we'll discover together, and the regenerative journey you will embark on during the retreat.
This retreat also coincides with a stop on the Healing Leaders US book tour, with co-authors Raj Sisodia and Nilima Bhat joining as guest facilitators. Healing Leaders shares that leadership shouldn't cost leaders their wholeness and that healing oneself is the foundation for building healthier, more human organizations. That idea is woven alongside Kindred Lane's methodology as participants experience the seven steps of inner healing throughout their journeys of reconnecting with Self, One Another and Nature. Guided by Kindred Lane’s Founder, Elaine Dinos, and Walk of Life Coaching Founder, Shannon Houde, alongside Raj and Nilima, you'll move through personal growth, holistic wellbeing, and purposeful leadership, with intentional time set aside for yourself along the way. You'll return to your life & leadership with greater clarity, confidence, and grounding for the path ahead.

Spark new possibilities for yourself, your business, and your community.
Connect with like-hearted, exceptional leaders on a similar journey of growth, healing and impact.
Personal Growth Is a Business Imperative
We are living in unprecedented times for business and humanity, facing global and local challenges like never before. Businesses are being asked to help solve critical, systemic issues facing society and our planet. Meeting that expectation requires a different kind of leader - not a push-harder, go-faster leader, but a slow-down, take-a-breath, integrated mind-body-and-spirit before moving forward, kind of leader. A systems leader who aligns the needs of the business with the needs of communities, society, the environment, and future generations. A regenerative leader, driven by an enduring and life-fulfilling sense of purpose. This leader's commitment to personal growth & holistic wellbeing is the foundation of greater business outcomes that meet the world’s most pressing needs.

Who It's For
Senior leaders (VP/SVP and above) in a season of transition or growth, whether a recent promotion, juggling a full and expansive life/family needs, burnout or health crisis from years of achievement, a personal or professional crossroads, or simply a felt sense that the old playbook no longer fits. This retreat is for leaders ready to bring their whole selves and who want to reconnect with purpose, wellbeing, and a path of abundance in both life and leadership.
For the organizations investing in them: This retreat is a high-leverage investment in the sustained performance, retention, and wellbeing of your most senior leaders. Executives often return with renewed clarity, resilience, and practical strategies they can apply immediately, impacting how they lead their teams and organizations going forward. (Kindred Lane’s methodology is rooted in market research led by our Founder at her previous firm, Korn Ferry. In this research she discovered how purpose drives performance for leaders & organizations - Companies with a culture of purpose achieve 4X revenue of traditional companies.
Less than 50% of U.S. workers strongly believe their organization cares about their wellbeing. (Gallup)
