A New Approach

You’ll connect with other executives facing similar discoveries. You’ll spend time in the stillness of nature to regain perspective on how you are showing up as a leader and a steward in your life. And finally, you’ll set intentions and impact goals to guide you on empowered journey to make the most of this new year.

Often our new year resolutions fail because we try to compartmentalize our lives. Personal goals, professional goals, impact goals - we imagine these as separate, only loosely related, things. This year, we invite you to an experience in the woods to shake up your expectations of 2022.

We invite you to experience the ecosystem of how your personal goals feed your professional goals which feeds your impact goals. Leadership is about stewardship. We are stewards of the land, the people and businesses we touch every day, and stewards of our own bodies. It’s only when we see how these responsibilities connect that we can start living integrated lives and spark healthy growth.
